Job Description:
None really. He wrote most of the early song for OverRated. This why he has a position at all. He also has the ability to book us shows in other places than in Flint. And for this we both respect and fear him. I'm kinda hoping he uses his booking talents (which he has only because he's not in Flint). In all honesty Russell deserves to be in the former members area, as he was a former full time member; however the company in the former members sections is extremly sub-par so we made an exception.
